Festival Hall Reservations
Enjoy the holidays with less stress and book your table in the Bank of America Festival Hall! Reservations are encouraged but not required. There are first come first served tables available in the Festival Hall, but they do fill up quickly.
New this year: appetizer platters available for pre-purchase
and strong Biergarten furniture made in Germany.




General Policies
Booking a reservation is recommended if you'd like to make sure to have designated seating available at a desired time. There are also first-come-first-serve tables but they get full fairly fast.
Reservations are available Monday through Thursday from 1:00pm to 7:00pm, and Friday through Sunday 11:00am to 7:00pm. Tables are booked for two-hour time blocks.
Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date and are fully refundable.

About Your Reservation
The Festival Hall table reservations can accommodate six people comfortably and up to eight people with a squeeze. Reserved tables are in a designated VIP area, where there is table service for fantastic traditional German beverages and pre-purchased appetizer platters.*
The reservation fee is for the table only. Guests may purchase add-ons like mugs, Steins, and appetizer platters. Main course traditional German food is available for purchase at our various vendors throughout the event grounds.
