Event Rules
No weapons, fireworks, or firearms are permitted.
No glass bottles / containers, or outside alcohol, in the park.
No smoking, and no display or use of drugs including marijuana.
Pets must be on a leash and with their owners at all times. Pet waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of.
No littering. Trash and recycling bins are located in the park for your use.
Children should be supervised at all times.
All guests and children are asked to stay off of the stage and away from any audio equipment.
No amplified sound is allowed, such as through megaphones or speakers.
No large objects allowed, such as signs on poles, suitcases, shopping carts, etc. All large objects may be subject to search upon entry.
Please treat all vendors, sponsors, patrons, pets, and staff members kindly and with respect.
Damage of property and structures is prohibited, such as posting posters or stickers.
It is prohibited to climb onto any structure, i.e. fences, restroom facilities, office buildings, huts, and tents. Additionally, park entrances must remain clear to avoid creating a fire hazard. Guests that attempt to climb or move any market structures will be asked to leave.
Removal or damage of plants is prohibited.
